These are the Terms Of Service (TOS) wich you need to agree with before using our service.

You are not allowed to...

- upload childporn or any other picture that is illegal in your country and/or state.
- hold us responsible for any kind of loss due to server outage and/or other technical problems.
- cross the road without looking both ways first... really, it is dangerous. :)

Breaking the Terms Of Service

Breaking the TOS will result in the deletion of the image wich breaks the TOS.
Your ip-address will be logged when you upload images, and we will use it to ban you from this website and if needed report you the proper instances (in case of childporn, racism, etc).
